Leadership for me is leading by being and by doing. I am a leader not because I am always the best person in the room but because I am always able to make the most of everyone in the room. My super power as a leader is my ability to be vulnerable and learn from the collective while still being able to provide direction in the same breath.

I became this woman by learning to be a strong willed, resilient and challenge-surmounting young girl. Just like I have learned, I am keen on helping young people to be more, to give breath to their abilities and to learn to soar.
